Supported Living
Supported Living is provided in a home shared by one to three people. As DDS defines it, it is a blended service that covers habilitation, personal care, nursing and other supports in the home. We help each person build and keep the skills of everyday life, from personal care, chores and meals to the social skills that make someone part of their community. Support follows what is important to and for each person, as written in their Individualized Support Plan (ISP).
